Like all others said above, beauty is something purely subjective.
If some say your girls are not hot, then it's because they have different tastes, not necessarily because you've done something wrong. That being said, if you try to replicate as much as possible Lucy Lee as displayed on the picture you posted, I join Rikolo in the fact that there might be something that makes the face of your Lucy more angular than on the photograph: the cheekbones may be a little too much marked. Or maybe it's the makeup that gives this impression? Hard to tell from there. Also, one fact I've realized: many DAZ models have eyes bigger than normal (and I'm not talking about the Girl 6 or 7 figures). It has happened several times that, after decreasing the size of the eyes slightly, it makes a character more natural.
Anyway, don't worry too much about comments that are just "meh, I don't like what you do". Ignore them. Take only into account those giving constructive feedback and not those just stating a personal taste. Many people on Internet are so entitled nowadays that they have completely lost common sense: if they support an artist, it should be because they like what they are seeing or how the artistic direction evolves. Unfortunately, many consider that once they support an artist (either by Patreon or by bying one of his image sets), they have the right to dictate what they want to the artist. As said above, self-entitlement has reached a ridiculous level recently. Unless you're doing personal paid commissions, ignore this kind of annoying behavior. Most of the time, inspiration is tightly tied with the fact that the Artist is doing what he likes. Once an artist does only what others want, it's only a matter of time before he got bored or burnt out. So keep doing what you like!
P.S: I like Asian women too. Lucy Lee is quite hot in my opinion
