Nice camera placement. You are off to a good start. It looks like you are using the DOF option in Poser, but you have the Pixel Samples set too low to use it. When using that option, you need to choose a number like 18 or higher. I have found that 18 is a good starting point.
However, may I suggest that you use Z-Depth Map instead? It is much easier and faster to put together the DOF in Photoshop than it is to create in Poser. I have a tutorial for just such a thing.
