Bitcoin vs. BitcoinCash : What is the Difference?

  • Since its establishment or starting point, there are questions surrounding bitcoin’s ability to scale effectively. Bitcoin could also be a cryptocurrency that exists within a network of computers, within the blockchain. This is revolutionary ledger-recording technology. It makes ledgers far more difficult to manipulate for a couple of reasons: The reality of what has transpired is verified by majority rule, not by an individual actor. Additionally, this network is decentralized; it exists on computer everywhere on the planet.

The problem with this technology is that it’s slow, especially in comparison to banks that deal with credit card transactions. Visa processes 150 million transactions per day, or as the average of roughly 1,700 transactions per second. The company's capability actually far surpasses that, at 24,000 transactions per second.

How many transactions can the BTC network process per second? Seven. Transactions take about 10 minutes to process. As the network of bitcoin users grows, waiting times will become longer since there are more transactions to process without a change within the underlying technology that processes them.

Ongoing debates around bitcoin’s technology are concerned with this central problem of scaling and increasing the speed of the transaction verification process. There are two major solutions to this problem: either making the amount of data that need to be verified in each block smaller, thus creating transactions that are faster and cheaper, or making the blocks of data bigger, so that more information can be processed at one time.

  • Think of the expert essay writing paper: do you think he wants to read your opus? No, I don’t want to. Therefore, we write strictly only what is indicated in the requirements: 2 personalities, 2 events, 2 consequences and an estimate of the period. To each persona, if possible, you can add one event and one consequence - just in case, if suddenly the main events indicated by you seem not important enough. But no more. Have pity on the expert.

  • EP:1 Scene testing. One of four locations in this episode.

  • Hey! No worries! Thanks so much!!! Suuuuper stoked that you enjoyed it and interested where the story goes! I most def intend on doing a musical score for the future episodes. I was actually going to for the prologue, (it would have made the waking from the nightmare a bit more impactful) but I had already taken so much time scripting it out, rendering and testing out my format for telling the story I figured I would wait to do that for the full releases, not the free one. Elyse, fully voiced….would be AMAZING! For reals. So looking forward, I have a ten page script finished that I continue refining for the next episode and 24 frames already finished that make up a solo section of the episode, with Elyse and a favorite toy of hers. The rest of the episode has a bit of action, some sex and more of my "humor" in it, so we'll see how that goes lol.

Haha! Now, looking at Azon, I see "Iceman" minus the clean shaven part of course lol.

    Thank you again!

  • @'DoubleDirk':

Hey Marie! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work! I appreciate the compliments a lot. Rachel does have a bit of a Quistis look going on, now that you mention it. Commander Azon's personality isn't really at all douchey, just that his hair style may make him come across as such to some people lol. I'm really glad to hear that you are enjoying the look of this series too!

Sweet! Thanks for taking the time to DL the Prologue and taking a look at it! Hopefully you'll dig it :).

Hey Dirk, sorry for the delay! Finally got to watch the prologue. I really loved it! Elyse and Zee have great chemistry together, and Elyse's dream certainly leaves you wondering. I like the character design and outfits, and the little tattoos all over Elyse are a nice and intriguing detail. Definitely a strong start to the story that makes me want to see what happens next. I'd love to see some audio with it (ambient noise and music, maybe voice) some day, too. =)

I agree with you on Azon's hair. It reminded me of something out of Top Gun which is simultaneously hilarious and amaaaazing.

Keep it up, I can't wait to see more!

  • Thanks Gator!

  • Excellent new stuff Dirk!

Looks like you're using some kind of filter. It looks great along with the DOF, it has a different kind of hard core artsy style that works.

  • Thanks for the kind words, Argon! I appreciate it dude!

  • @'DoubleDirk':

Haven't posted up anything for quite some time, so here are a couple from a WIP series I started a while ago. Enjoy.

DUDE! You NAILED the photo-realism. Very nice overall presentation. Your second image, the focusing and blurs actually makes it look all the more convincing like it's real!

    @'MarieFasolt':

I love her look… She reminds me a bit of Quistis, my favorite girl from FFVIII.

Hey there. –Know ya weren't talkin' to me but on that subject:
Admittedly I myself never got into the FF series before when FF7 & 8 were big... Now it seems I have bought FF8 as a first...if I can ever dig out my ps2 in order to play it (or maybe I should just buy and play it on steam? lol). I even got a resin Rinoa figure, a 1/6 scale 'wing heart', with the box. I've always liked her design for some reason even though I never really cared about the games. Odd.
    Looking at FF14, too.

I digress, the way the world looks in FF8 kinda inspires me now. shrugs

  • Hi Dirk! First time checking out your work and I'm really digging it – especially the stuff between Rachel and the Commander. I love her look... She reminds me a bit of Quistis, my favorite girl from FFVIII. I don't think the Commander looks too douchey, though -- just from a few angles. I have personal preferences for the jacked, the bearded, the blond, and the dominant, however, so I'm a bit biased in that you hit many of my buttons in one go.

I went ahead and downloaded the Xuria Ep: 1 Prologue and will check that out tonight. I'll let you know what I think when I'm finished. Thanks for posting! =)
