@'Korothir':
It's hard to give an opinion with only one picture, only with front view, and the whole character a bit far, which makes difficult to see all the details (like the character face) in order to make a constructive feedback. Maybe with a few more pictures (3/4 angle, zoom on the character face, etc), it would be easier?
Cheers,
Korothir. The actual render is a lot bigger its 4k but for some reason, tumblr resizes images down to 1280x720. I need a better place to host my images. I think I'll upload the next test render on my DeviantArt.

i could give you my opinion, but it wont help you in the long run.
what you are looking for is to be able to name what you like/dislike about your work and act on it.
its not an easy thing since most of the time, creating is about being is some sort of flow. when you step out of it, it time to find out: what was i aiming for, did i succeed, what doesnt work, why doesnt it work. Thats how you'll make your creative process your own.
once you've identified stuff, if its technical, go visit the net (& here) with accurate question looking for accurate answer.
to sum you: what dont you like about your character ?
