App Development Cost
There are multiple factors that altogether estimate the cost of mobile game development. Usually, such factors comprise the type of game, complexity of the graphics and game art, UI design, interface and other charges by the vendors. Here are some of the most significant game development cost estimation factors.
very few are fully compatible with Gen2F

Hi Hiblli, from what I found so far, the 2 largest fantasy armor creators (beside Powerage) are:
- Val3DArt at Renderosity but mostly for M4/V4 Models, some parts are compatible for G2F though. This armor is the closest one I know to what you seek in my opiinion: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/frostwhisper-armor/78486/
- Xurge3D but same problem: sadly he sticks mostly with M4/V4 Models, (very few are fully compatible with Gen2F).
Beside that, you can't try to find armors exported from games in obj or FBX format. But this is generally a hell of a work to properly adapt it to Gen and Gen2 models.
Powerage @ renderosity has a couple of fantasy armour items
You can use transparency maps on a regular shirt and skirt combo to make something similar.
Try Xurge3D http://www.xurge3d.com/daz_3d_s_victoria_4?b=1
doesnt have to be exactly like it, just the direction textures are absolutely no problems for me but i am still not that good in doing morphs
i need to find an armor like this one here. or at least as similar as possible… those high elf girls from lineage2 had them...
sorry for crappy screenshot quality anyone has any ideas/links/whatever maybe?
A very hard one!!
The only think I can think is this
But, you'll need to make you own textures, and if you want a little more close to the reference, make some morphs to the outfit.
Another way is using parts of different outfits, but I think that is much more work…
