You mean how sometimes the way it comes out is still a bit off compared next to a picture of the real person?
mhmm, not directly I mean that when you compare your 3d girl with a real person and out of your subjective feeling you think they both look like they have the same measurements but the objective numbers says that you are wrong.
So where you don't think it's "off" but everyone else says it is? I might understand….
The only experience similar I have to draw upon is custom game characters and sculpting their bodies. I make arms that look normal to me, but everyone else says they're "ape arms". Possibly due the the fact that my full spec reach IRL exceeds my full standing height. I happen to think most default settings for characters have short arms.

No, in general.
The creating after a model in any way, was only an example. I only mean that you missguess when you compare…let us say you see an 3d-girl and say from the body she looks like any star or model or what ever and then when you measure the 3d-girl with any 3d tool and look up the models measurements you see that their very different, you know?

You mean creating a 3d figure from a girl you know in reality, and just from your memory? I wouldnt think that this will ever yield a perfect result
My only tries at recreating someone in 3d was by using reference images, and even those wouldnt be perfect.
I believe a decent way to get the height and width right is to create some cubes with different sizes and put them behind your figure. That way you can scale the figure to match with those heights. This should be possible in both Poser and DAZ Studio without the use of additional software or plugins.
