  • People should be able to pay for whatever they want. And other people should be able to sell whatever they want. As long as the whole process doesn't hurt anyone, it should be legal.
Same with drugs, every single drug should be legal. At first people would overdose and die like hell, but in a decade or two everyone would grow a fucking brain not to do it. Results would be 100% positive - crime would get lower, people wouldn't take drugs, money would be saved.

  • i think George Carlin said it best…
"Selling is legal, fucking is legal. why isn't selling fucking legal?"

    miss you George

  • I've never understood why paying for sex in private is illegal, but if you do it with a video camera rolling and put it on the internet for sale, it's legal.

  • @'gazukull':

It has been my experience that you always pay for sex. Sometimes just not with cash.

This reminds me of something Butters once said. :D

  • I've researched prostitution a great deal. From all explanations and forum posts I've read one common theme.

    • Most prostitutes turn their heads away during the sex act and detach themselves from what is going on. They go limp, cold as if some kind of mental barrier is going on in their heads.

No women should have to resort to prostitution and destroy their soul just to eat. No little girl growing up says "I want to be a prostitute when I grow up".

Men don't need hair or good looks to get a girlfriend or have a few girls at their disposal. In fact the uglier you are the more you can focus on actual pickup techniques and stimulating the mind which is what women ultimately respond to. Then once you get them into bed just make sure your body makes contact with their clitoris during every thrust and you're set.

  • It's legal in some parts of the USA but it's an ugly business here.

As I understand it, there are mandatory health check ups for this and for the porn industry. It's regulated in NV but it is enforced unfairly. Even so, no system is airtight and it cannot prevent everything so STDs inevitably do occur.

It's what women turn to either if they have bad options or none at all…or you get the young and naive who are talked into it. It is becoming more and more common, though, for young women to auction off their virginity to pay for their tuition.

There is the good and then there is the bad. I wish it could be clean cut in how it is meted out.

  • Its legal in germany, so I dont know what all you foreigners talk about!! ;)

  • @'Tiffany':

I don't like the prostitution culture of the modern day and age and I think that needs to change. Girls being forced into it, pimps, drugs, homelessness, STD's… no, none of that is acceptable, really.

It should definitely be regulated and held to high standards, but it should definitely be legal. To be honest, the prostitutes should have to undergo frequent STD tests and consumers should have to undergo STD tests before using their services and re-testing should be frequent for both parties.

    I agree with this %100

  • It's one of the oldest professions in the world and was once a very respected one. Yeah, I think it should be legal. I don't like the prostitution culture of the modern day and age and I think that needs to change. • I don't see why not. Christian morality made sex a perverted activity, placing this taboo on exchanging money for favours. But there's nothing inherently wrong with it.

  • It should as long as, the ppl who offer ther service doesn't get harmed or get forced to do it. I mean you can buy nearly every service you can imagine why not this, too.
Something similar the german politicans also thought, I guess, when they changed the laws and rules for that.
Correct me if I'm wrong but that is what I've heard in some news and reportages.
I'm not sure but legal it wars already for a relative long time, but you know it were not a official job what you could write on your tax declaration. But now it is here in germany, you can get pension over it, it get treated like every other job also by the assurances and so on. As far as I know they made that to pull it out of the grey illegal zone and make it saver for the women and men who work in that business. Also the cathouses has to fullfill some conditions.

  • I live near Nevada, which is a state that has legalized it. If the money isn't going to the pimps, it's going to the politicians. You have to be from NV and show potential as well. Otherwise, if you're from another state and you try to start a whorehouse, they'll just stall the licensing process until you give up.

Then again…I'm not so sure how much the bunny ranch does or doesn't have in connection to any other adult business. But whatever.

It isn't a clean business, but I can definitely see it becoming more popular again in the times to come...that or we go into a demolition man future or something.

Would I...maybe? It's probably for better I shied away, but sometimes you get lonely and paying someone's rent makes sense. Or maybe go to a higher end club...maybe poke your head in the less popular places and hopeyou get a good lucky deal.

BBW with a pretty face for example. A viking princess is always a good time and a satisfying roll in the hay. Just be careful because she's also likely to be very, very strong.

  • It has been my experience that you always pay for sex. Sometimes just not with cash.

  • yeah. only if there weren't like STD's or anything like that.

  • Haha, yeah, like a "sex card" like the ones you need to get ciggarettes, tobaco and condoms from vending machines ;)
In all seriousness though, yeppity, I think it should be legal. If people want to sell their bodies for sex then by all means. However I wonder how that would affect people who are already being forced to do so by pimps etc.

  • Yes they should and i think it should be on the shelf so i can pick up a can when i go shopping lol
