Do a character whose design doesn't remind you of your other characters. Something out of your current depth. If the issue is the sex, you're prolly still going to have those emotional attachment issues if the character you create reminds you of Lir or other creations through subtle suggestion and falling into old habits. By just focusing on creating a character that is completely unique design-wise in your aesthetic (in other words, breaking from your aesthetic), you're not going to focus on details that you previously worked on, and thus all the mental baggage that went with it.
In this case, if I were to further suggest, it shouldn't be too hard. Create a more…average looking girl. Normal skin tone, maybe less curves all around. Maybe shorter hair, since a lot of your characters have long hair. Doesn't have to be petite, just thinner than what you have done previously. Maybe use eclesi4stik, whose models are relatively average, as a reference point. Hell, even borrow one of his models so as to spend less time on it, and even further deviate from your groove (since you are aware that it is his work and not yours).

I have that feeling at times too. For some characters, I honestly cannot put them in a sex situation because of how I perceive them.
That's why I would recommend doing: Create a character with the sole purpose of fucking and post the pic the moment it's completed. That last part is most important as it removes that hesitancy and moment of doubt you have for the character because now, it's out in the open. You can give them a characteristic later on, but make sure the main purpose is for the character to fuck when starting.

Something with an exotic skin color is my vote. Elves, demons, aliens, monsters, whatever - I just like gals with green, red, purple, gold, grey etc. skin tones.

I'm recently stuck in a loop of "not good enough, need to improve" with ALL my art... which is why I didn't post my new asian girl and about 10 different renders of her because I always seem to find something "not-perfect". And I initialy wanted to submit a thread like 3 or 4 months ago...

Cockholder? Sounds like car manufacturers are finally giving the cupholder an upgrade. Also, while I'm sad this won't ever be a set, I can't be angry because I'm a lazy cunt myself and plan out lots of stories without ever writing any. Anyone who does even a little more than me, and Evol does a lot more, has my respect just for doing so frankly.
